How to Earn Points From Sleep Tracking
1. Choose "Challenges" tab. Scroll down to the bottom then click right arrow to the "Sleep Well" section. Click "Start Tracking" at Track Your Sleep box.
2. Click "Start Tracking"
3. Link a compatible device to track your sleep.
4. After linking a device successfully and sleep more than 7 hours, you will earn 5 Vitality Points a day.
